John Walker Lindh


John Walker Lindh (born February 9, 1981) is a United States citizen who converted to Islam in California at age 16. He was captured during the United States' invasion of Afghanistan in November 2001. He was captured and detained at Qala-i-Jangi,Afghanistan, used as a prison.Brought to trial in United States federal court in February 2002, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

He studied at different Islamic Universities

Arrested in Qila-Jangi Afghanistan.
